Graham always had time for a call, to help, or answer questions, but most importantly, he made time to chat and catch up. Especially during the pandemic, these chats were life lines as they always provided a laugh during a time of isolation. Graham always made me smile - mostly due to his dry sense of humor, but also because of his energy and passion for sharing his expertise (as long as I wasn't the one arguing with him!).
